Support that meets you where you’re at — in your headspace, in your home.
Get SupportAt Field Day Mental Health, we are devoted to providing exceptional support for adults living with mental illness in Sydney. Our mission is to create opportunities for adults with disabilities, to enrich their lives through our extensive range of support services.
We’re a Sydney-based service established in 2020 by our founder, Denzil, who began as a mental health volunteer before becoming a support worker. In early conversations with his first clients, it became clear that the other support available in Sydney had felt rigid, impersonal, and lacked real connection. Field Day was created to change that, with a team of young, empathetic workers who bring warmth, energy, and genuine care — tailoring support to the person, not the illness.
Our mission is to make every person we support feel understood, cared for, and genuinely supported in a way that fits their life.
We offer one-on-one support that's personal. We match adults with genuine, empathetic workers who bring warmth, energy, and real connection to daily life — helping you feel understood, supported, and more confident in your routine.
Enjoy genuine conversation, shared activities, and consistent company from someone who’s easy to connect with. We focus on building real relationships that bring comfort and confidence into your day.
Head out with someone who understands your pace and preferences. Whether it’s shopping, appointments, or social spaces, we help you feel calm, capable, and supported in public.
We assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and planning, in a way that’s respectful, reliable, and tailored to your routine. Our goal is to make everyday life feel smoother and more manageable.
We help you work towards goals that matter to you — whether that’s building habits, gaining independence, or trying something new. Support is consistent, encouraging, and always person-led.
Get support with positive habits like meal planning, movement, and self-care. We offer gentle structure and motivation, helping you feel more stable and in control.
“My support worker from Field Day is great. He helps with meals, cleaning, getting me started with my day, running errands — and he’s a lifesaver with technology. He’s friendly, caring, and hilarious. I live in a shared home and even my housemates are fond of him. He gets me out more and even comes along to church. I really appreciate having him around.”
"It's been really great for me. My support worker is great company, easy to talk to, and we have a lot in common. They’re fantastic with my pets, and their help with appointments, shopping, and medical visits has been invaluable. Crowds and loud spaces can be overwhelming, but they always make sure I feel supported when we're out. I’m really grateful for their kindness and support."
At Field Day, we take a different approach to mental health support — one that starts with our team.
Our team is made up of empathetic, motivated support workers who bring energy, warmth, and a fresh perspective to every interaction. They’re relatable, kind, and grounded — often studying psychology, nursing, or allied health, and genuinely interested in the people they support. More faces coming soon!
